OVERVIEW

In a strategic move to bolster the storage capabilities of the vital water treatment chemical ferric aluminum sulfate (FAS) and prevent any potential shortages, the project embarked on a mission to double the existing FAS storage capacity. Recognizing the critical importance of this endeavor, JK Fabrications emerged as a trusted ally, subcontracted by FM Environmental to spearhead the expansion initiative. Charged with the task of designing, manufacturing, and installing two 50m3 horizontal cylindrical storage vessels specifically tailored for Ferric Aluminium Sulphate, JK Fabrications embarked on a mission to fortify the infrastructure of the water treatment works.

With meticulous attention to detail, the company meticulously crafted each vessel to meet exacting specifications, ensuring optimal performance and durability in the demanding operational environment. Moreover, JK Fabrications orchestrated the seamless integration of associated pipework between the vessels and existing infrastructure, facilitating the smooth flow and distribution of FAS throughout the system.
