Once we have a full understanding of your requirements our highly skilled design team then takes your idea and using the most advanced 3D software, incorporating AutoCAD, Solidworks and Building Information Modelling (BIM), it can be planned, designed and priced.

For our customer’s peace of mind, before the manufacturing process, we can provide Finite Element Method (FEM) Analysis which is a computerised method used for predicting how the product reacts to real-world forces, vibration, heat, fluid flow, and other physical effects. Finite element analysis shows whether a product will break, wear out, or work the way it was designed. Efficiency, planning, and traceability from inception to commissioning allows the customer to respond effectively to accelerated programs and contract alterations.
