JK Projects recently completed the successful fabrication and installation of two industrial sheds at Liverpool Port, delivered over a 10-month contract in partnership with McLaughlin & Harvey.

Shed 1 – Key Features:

Steelwork Fabrication & Installation:
- 4 roller shutter doors
- 10 personnel doors
- 7 dock leveller doors
- Structural bracing
- Header beams between rafters
- Fire restraint steelwork on gridline
- New border wall with supporting bracings
- Cleats & Purlins Installation

Shed 2 – Key Features:

Steelwork Fabrication & Installation:
- 2 roller shutter doors (1 east, 1 west)
- 1 main access door (west)
- 7 personnel doors (1 east, 2 south, 4 west)
- 2 dock leveller doors (1 east, 1 west)
- Cleats & Purlins Installation
