JK Projects recently completed 2 no. sheds in Liverpool Port on behalf of McLaughlin & Harvey over a 10 month contract.
Shed 1
Fabrication and Installation of steel work:
- 4 no. roller shutter doors
- 10 no. personnel doors
- 7 no. dock leveller doors
- Bracing
- Header beams between the rafters
- New border wall with associated bracings
- Fire restraint steelwork on gl
Installation of Cleats and purlins
- Around dock levellers, roller shutter doors and personnel doors
- On the north, east, south and west elevations
Shed 2
Fabrication and Installation
- 2 no. roller shutter doors (1 no. east and 1 no. west)
- 1 no. main access door (1 no. west)
- 7 no. personnel doors (1 no. east, 2 no. south and 4 no. west)
- 2 no. dock leveller doors (1 no. east and 1 no. west)
Installation of Cleats and purlins
- Around dock levellers, roller shutter doors and personnel doors
- Installation of cleats and purlins on the east elevation
